Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping (2-3 days) is free for all our products. Overnight Shipping is available for $35.

We only ship Monday through Wednesday in order to preserve freshness, and avoid product being in transit through the weekend.

We ship the Pizza frozen, using dry ice and/or freezer packs in insulated boxes. It should arrive frozen, or cold to the touch. Avoid skin contact with dry ice, as it will burn your skin upon contact. The gelpacks contain FDA approved material. In case some moisture or gel material sould touch the product, simply wipe it off the packaging foil with a clean towel before opening, or placing it in the freezer.

Bread does not require temperature control. For this reason, it ships in a regular box.

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not satisfied with your shipment, please let us know within 24 hours from receiving it, so we can remedy the problem.
